Shipping Information

Local Hong Kong delivery is available for all orders.
Standard delivery time: 2–4 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier schedules, or public holidays.
Free delivery: Orders over HK$500 may qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, a fixed delivery fee (e.g., HK$30) will apply.
Delivery zones & fees: Shipping options and any applicable charges will be displayed at checkout. Fees may vary depending on distance or the value of your order.

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and proof of purchase.
Some items—such as custom-made products, final-sale items, and hygiene-related products—are non-returnable. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a full refund, including the shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
If preferred, we can also arrange exchanges or store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
